I had the privilege of editing and mixing the music and sound for the Festival Awaln’Art 2011, a renowned event known as Les Rencontres Internationales d’Arts en Places Publiques Awaln’art. This festival, held in the province of Al Haouz and Marrakech, showcased a vibrant array of circus performers, acrobats, dancers, and storytellers.

This festival, held in the province of Al Haouz and Marrakech, showcased a vibrant array of circus performers, acrobats, dancers, and storytellers.

Celebrating its fifth anniversary, the festival featured performances from Djemâa El fna to Tahanaout, creating magical experiences for audiences of all ages. The event was designed to transgress boundaries, build imaginative bridges, and foster unique interactions between artists and the public.

My role involved editing five episodes of the festival, each with its own distinct editing style and music choice. These episodes were combined into one cohesive video for this project. While working for Made in Medina, I ensured that the audio elements enhanced the overall ambiance and audience engagement, showcasing my ability to create an immersive audio-visual experience for a large-scale cultural event.
